We know you have questions, let's answer them.
We’re not a high-volume “dog factory.” Connected Canine was built on ethics, empathy, and education. Every program is rooted in the LIMA approach (Least Intrusive, Minimally Aversive) and AKC Family Dog standards—meaning your dog’s emotional wellbeing matters just as much as their obedience. We prioritize connection, not control, and support every client for life through our alumni network.
We start every journey with a free consultation to learn about your dog’s behavior, lifestyle, and your goals. From there, we’ll recommend a customized path—whether it’s Day Train, Board & Train, Private Lessons, or Group Classes. Every dog and owner pair is unique, so your plan is built around progress that actually lasts at home.
You can expect a calmer, more confident dog—and the skills to maintain that harmony long-term. We focus on practical obedience (loose-leash walking, recall, impulse control, manners) and real-world reliability, not tricks for treats. Our programs don’t end at graduation—we continue guiding you through refreshers, community classes, and lifetime alumni support.
No. We work with dogs of all ages, breeds, and temperaments—from energetic puppies to reactive rescues. Whether your dog needs basic manners, emotional confidence, or advanced public access work, our small-group structure (max five dogs per trainer) ensures personal attention and steady, humane progress.
Graduation isn’t goodbye—it’s the beginning of a lifelong connection. Every Connected Canine graduate joins our alumni family, with ongoing trainer access, free meetups, and discounted refreshers. We stay invested in your dog’s success because we believe caring shouldn’t cost extra, and consistency is what builds true transformation.
